Members of the Xenia Altrusa Club came together recently to demonstrate their support for Xenia Community Schools.

Members of the club have a long history of contributing school supplies to the District. This year, a number of members gathered at the school supply donation event to contribute a variety of essential items.

The local Altrusa members recognize the efforts of every Xenia school employee, annually, by providing a small gift during American Education Week in November. The club is also active in supporting the X-Out Hunger Backpack Cuisine Program. Additionally the group donates topic appropriate books during Black History month each year.
